Ingredients

  • 2 pounds lean ground beef

  • 2 bell peppers – sliced

  • 1 onion – diced

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 8 ounces cream cheese – softened

  • 7 slices provolone cheese

  • dash of salt

  • dash of pepper

  • hoagie rolls

  • 1 pack Au jus seasoning packet

  • butter

Directions

  • Philly Meat
  • Pre-heat oven to 350° 
  • Brown ground beef, drain grease
  • Add onions and peppers: sauté
  • Add Au Jus seasoning packet, garlic, dash of salt and pepper, and cream cheese. Cook until cream cheese is melted
  • Pour into greased 9×13 pan, cook for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted
  • Sandwiches
  • Set oven to broil – high
  • Slice hoagie rolls, butter, and season with garlic powder to liking
  • Place in oven until butter is melted and hoagies are slightly toasted
  • Spoon filling onto hoagies
  • ENJOY!
